How to Shop: Once you have chosen the item you wish to purchase simply click on "Add to Cart" and follow directions. At the end we suggest you review your purchases to make sure the Quantity, Colours, or Flavours are correct. Also, check your address, we are not responsible for Shipments to an incorrect address.

Quality: We sell only quality items from reputable manufacturers and importers whom we have done business with for many years.

Price: Our prices are very competitive and much lower than most retail stores. For customers outside of Australia our prices are even better as no Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) would apply. To arrive at an approximate GST Free price deduct 9% from our quoted prices.

Selection: We have a large range of goods available and we are continually seeking new lines and adding new products. If we don't have what you're looking for please email us with a detailed description of the item you want and we will do our best to locate it for you. A little patience will be required as it may take a few days for us to track it down. We will email you back with the results of our search.

Returns or Refunds: We want your online shopping with us to be a pleasant experience with no problems or hassles. We ask you to please choose carefully and if you are in doubt about a size or colour of any item feel free to call us on our toll free number 1 800 008445 during normal business hours. Our staff will gladly assist. However, if there is a need to return anything we will either replace it or refund your money in full. All we ask is that you return the goods within 14 days in the original packaging and condition.

Security and Privacy: We respect the privacy of our customers at all times. No information you provide to us such as your credit card details or email address will ever be given to a third party.

We use the latest encryption technology known as SSL.

Payment Methods: For security purposes and your peace of mind we offer three methods of payment. One, you can submit the order with your credit card details. Simply follow the directions. Two, you can print the order then add your credit card details and fax it to us. Three, you can print the order add you credit card details, or, a cheque, and post it to us. Remember, cheques take several days to be cleared. We accept Visa, and MasterCard. 

Delivery: With the exception of heavy items (20kg or more) such as Parrot Cages, Play Gyms, and Kennel Runs, most of our orders are shipped via Australia Post and will normally be dispatched within 2 working days subject to stock availability. If there is a delay for any reason we will advise you by email of the anticipated dispatch date. Depending where you live in Australia delivery can take between 3 and 14 days. For Pacific Islands and other overseas destinations you should allow between 14 and 28 days delivery. A signature will be required for all deliveries. All Parrot Cages are shipped unassembled in Flat Packs.

Delivery Costs: For orders within Australia and weighing up to 10kg see schedule of rates below. Items weighing in excess of 10kg are shipped via Road Express Services and we need your delivery address & Post Code to enable us to quote a delivery fee. For Freight rates to destinations not shown such as remote areas of the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Queensland please e-mail us for a quotation. Customers in South East Queensland can collect bird and Parrot cages direct from our shop and thus avoid freight charges. The ordering and payment procedure remains the same and we will email you confirming when the goods are available for collection.

Parrot Cages: Freight is not included in the price of Parrot Cages. Each of the 17 cages we offer weigh varying amounts which makes it impossible to quote a delivery fee to every possible destination in Australia. When ordering simply email us your delivery address and we will quote you the freight cost by return.
